We guarantee customer satisfaction with the fresh-tase of our meals. If for any reason, within 30 days of your purchase of one Scott & Jon’s frozen meal, you aren’t 100% satisfied with the taste, fill out our Fresh Taste Promise form for a replacement coupon valued at up to $7.99 USD. To be eligible you must have purchased a single box of Scott & Jon’s from a grocery store or other retail outlet, in which case you will receive a single coupon. Alternatively, if you purchased a club pack from a club retailer (i.e., BJ’s, Sam’s, Costco), you will receive replacement coupons for the number of bowls in the pack. Offer valid only in the United States. Limit one replacement coupon request per household.
Maximum value of replacement coupon is $7.99. Form must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase date. Must include proof of purchase (receipt) and photo of packaging with best by date shown. Scott & Jon’s reserves the right to deny submissions that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not meet outlined terms. Coupon will be mailed to the address submitted on the Fresh Taste Promise form. Please allow up to 90 days for processing and delivery of your replacement coupon.
