Tomato Basil Tortellini

PASTA DISH

Grab a forkful of our colorful cheese-filled tortellini and bite into a mouthful of spice-infused decadence without all the calories! We took three-cheese tortellini, with rich ricotta, parmesan, and asiago cheeses and added sweet bell peppers and basil to balance out the spinach. Then we tossed it with a creamy tomato sauce that married all the flavors together. Hungry yet?

“I have a serious addiction to pasta – I love it, it’s my go-to when I need something quick and easy. But pasta isn’t always great for my health. I saw your tortellini bowl at my grocery store and I’m so glad I picked it up. It’s filling. I went back to the store to buy more and even served it as a side-dish with some salmon. SO GOOD!”
