Scott & Jon’s 10-Minute Meals are a quick and convenient way to make a home-cooked meal bursting with flavor and free of any artificial ingredients, added sugars, or unhealthy fats. Our better-for-you recipe combines tender and juicy shrimp that skillet cook up fresh and leave you feeling light and satisfied with sweet tomatoes, nutrient-rich spinach, and a creamy homemade garlic butter sauce. Simply sauté then serve over your favorite grain for a complete, nutritious meal in under 10 minutes.

STOVETOP COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Easy Shrimp Scampi with Linguine

(Serves 2-3)
You will need:

(1) Scott & Jon’s Shrimp Scampi 10 Minute Meal

(2) Cups cooked linguine(or other pasta/pasta alternative)

OPTIONAL: Garlic bread or yourfavorite side dish

Place sauce pouch in a bowl of hot tap water for 2-3 minutes to partially thaw.

Preheat a 10” non-stick skillet on medium-high heat & add 1-2 tbsp of your preferred cooking oil.

Add shrimp, veggies & contents of the partially thawed sauce pouch into non-stick skillet.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring often until shrimp are fully cooked & opaque white in the middle.

Remove from heat, serve over 2 cups of al dente pasta & enjoy!*
