Scott & Jon’s 10-Minute Meals are a quick and convenient way to make a home-cooked meal bursting with flavor and free of any artificial ingredients, added sugars, or unhealthy fats. Our better-for-you recipe combines tender and juicy shrimp that grill up fresh and leave you feeling light and satisfied with bell peppers, onions, roasted sweet corn, hearty black beans, and our all-natural spice blend. Simply sauté for seven to nine minutes then add tortillas, a bed of leafy greens, or your favorite grain for a complete, nutritious meal.

STOVETOP COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Easy Shrimp Fajitas

(Serves 2-3)
Recommended Ingredients:

(1) Scott & Jon’s Shrimp Fajitas 10-Minute Meal

(4+) 6” Tortillas

OPTIONAL: Cheese, sour cream, guacamole, or yourfavorite fajita toppings

Preheat a 10” non-stick skillet on medium-high heat & add 1-2 tbsp of your preferred cooking oil.

Add shrimp & veggies to non-stick skillet and cook for 2 minutes.

Add seasoning to non-stick skillet & cook for 4-6 more minutes, stirring often until shrimp are fully cooked & opaque white in the middle.

Remove from heat, then serve with warm tortillas & enjoy!*

*Alternatively, serve over rice, with your favorite grain, or enjoy the Scott & Jon’s Shrimp Fajitas 10-Minute Meal alone as a healthy, gluten-free entrée. Uncooked shrimp must be cooked thoroughly to 165º F for food safety and quality.
